The project involved the complete renovation and expansion of a modest single-family Craftsman style home entirely within the existing building envelope. We opened up the main floor living spaces to create an inviting and expansive atmosphere, while upgrading the master suite to reflect modern luxury and comfort. Additionally, we creatively converted unused attic into a versatile bedroom/study, maximizing every square inch of available space, and strategically created a connection to the ground floor, providing additional living space and enhancing the home's functionality.
